We love being around beautiful people, spending time in nature, and doing things that we normally would not do in 'normal' life. What we wish was different, is for it to end with people, including ourselves, implementing the learned steps into their daily lives.

This is why initiated "The Intuitive Path". It only starts with a two-day retreat, and a two-week support period, but the journey never ends.

We will go into your subconscious mind, figure out what you need to be doing right now, and go out and do it right there, on the spot. If we together uncover that you need to paint, you will get a canvas to paint on. Need an introduction? They will be made on the spot.

This is a hackathon for your soul.

Descriptive Communication

Descriptive Communication was discovered by Joppe Quaedvlieg in order to support himself in life to accomplish his goals.

It is a tool to help you dig up from your heart and soul why you do what you do. It is a NEW method to define your want and need followed by activating practical steps forward.

Eventually streamlining your approach to assigning tasks, removing guesswork, and creating clear strategies for authenticity.

Gong Fu Tea Ceremonies

We will bring the best selection of gong fu tea with us and create a ceremony focused on using tea as a guide to reconnection

Valerie & Dima Sarle use tea as a vehicle for transformation and dialogue between your ego and superego, conscious and subconscious, inner and outer selves.

If a retreat is motivational - great. If a retreat is inspirational - great. If the retreat is informational - great.

However, if it does not get integrated in your day-to-day life, all is lost. This happened to us way too many times.

That is why we will offer a two week support period for all attendees, and will have an active dialogue as well as two follow-up online meetings with the group.

The Practicalities

Start Date: We start on 29th of November @ 18:00
End Date: We end on 1st of December @ 15:00

Location: Ungurmalas, Stavvieta, Latvia

Payment: As always. We will use the "Pay-What-You-Want" model.

[The average cost on our side, which includes renting the accommodation, tea leaves, and transportation, is 260 EUR per participant. We value your ability to honestly price our input and the value that you will receive during the retreat]

The Program

Day 1 - The Day Of Intuition

The second day is dedicated to our reconnection to our intuition, and to formulation our wants and needs to work with.

Day 0 - Settling In

On the first day, our goal is to settle in, get to know one another and to leave the default world behind.

Day 2 - The Day Of Action

On the third day, we will begin to implement your inner-calling and help you manifest it in the real world.

Activities: Tea Drinking, Dialogue, Introductions

Activities: Individual Descriptive Communication Sessions, Group Work, Tea Ceremony, Dialogue Sessions.

Joppe Quaedvlieg

By expressing ourselves in such a way that the other can understand us, and to be able to listen with making the other feel heard, we create, maintain and evolve connection. We, eventually, build something bigger than we could have done by ourselves.

This is what I have practiced my whole life, every second, of every hour, of every day. In the end people became a language of their own to me. A language I learned to speak, physically perform and understand in body, mind and soul.

Dima Sarle

Life is majestic and beautiful, which is infinitely magnified when one experiences deep and meaningful connections to other people.

Finding and establishing these connections seems like a skill we should all possess at birth. Through my own experience, I have found it not to be the case.

This led me on a path of finding ways of how to change all that. Gong Fu Tea Ceremonies create beautiful spaces designed for connection. Tribal dialogue secrets, teach us how to connect through verbal communication. Zen, Martial Arts, and other paths - help us to find the connection to ourselves which is an essential part of connecting to others.

Today, I explore all of the ways that help us to connect, and to find freedom.

How often do we look at the world with the eyes of a child—full of wonder, curiosity, and the willingness to ask questions? In my artistic journey, I strive to capture that sense of openness and exploration. My path into art came from a desire to reconnect with this mindset, after years of navigating the corporate world.

This journey shaped my belief that art is not just for viewing—it is a tool for expanding how we see and engage with the world.

In my work, I ask: How can we push the boundaries of art and technology to better understand ourselves and our world? I seek to merge traditional fine arts, like glasswork, with cutting-edge digital techniques to create immersive, thought-provoking experiences.

My work of art is closely related to my other journeys, such as helping others through Tea Ceremonies, Soultalks, Movement Art, Art Therapy and more.
